How to order without using the Paypal shopping cart.

1. List the items you would like to order
2. E-mail or call us for availability of items.
3. We will reply with total including shipping & handling costs.
4. Decide on a Method of Payment: Check, Money Order, Credit Card (Visa/ Master Card).
    PERSONAL CHECK ORDERS ARE HELD FOR 3-4 WEEKS BEFORE SHIPPING!
    MONEY ORDERS, CREDIT CARD & PAYPAL ORDERS USUALLY SHIP WITHIN 2-8 BUSINESS DAYS!
5. We accept credit card payments directly and through Paypal.com! To pay with credit card through paypal.com just click on the shopping cart buttons just under the price of each item listed. To pay with your credit card directly please call (606) 631-1085. If you get our answering machine please just leave your name and phone number and we'll call you back as soon as possible. Information needed for direct credit card sales will be your name as it appears on the card, the card billing address, card number, expiration date, phone number and your shipping address. Orders over $200.00 may require the card ID/Customer Service ID number (usually listed on back of the card see below picture for example). This number is used to verify that you have possession of the credit card which you are attempting to use, and it is also a security feature to protect against internet fraud and for your own protection.


6. If paying by check or money order please make payable to Monsterland Toys. Please include the following information with your payment: Name, shipping address & list of items ordered.
7. E-mail orders will be held up to 7 days after conformation
9. We do ship Internationally, however special shipping & handling rates will apply. Please call or E-mail for rate info.
10. All orders are shipped via: U.S. Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. We can also ship via: U.S. Express Mail and/ or UPS, however shipping rates will be higher.
11. Insurance is optional and is $2.00 for every $100 of insurance.

MONSTERLAND TOYS DOES NOT ASSUME “ANY” RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGED ITEMS DURING SHIPPING.  IF YOU DO INSURE YOUR ORDER AND IT IS LOST OR DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT, YOUR CLAIM MUST BE FILED WITH THE POST OFFICE BY YOU, THE CUSTOMER.

PRE-ORDER POLICY
Most items scheduled for future release may be Pre-Ordered, which means you pay for the items in advance. Placing a pre-order insures that you will get the toys, movies and figures just as soon as they become available. Pre-ordering also insures that you will get your items at a fixed price, most items tend to go up a bit once they've been released. Due to changing release dates and various shipping methods used by different companies there are no guaranteed ship dates for items pre-ordered, however once the item has been released and we physically have it in our hands we will ship it out to you as fast as we possibly can. All items will be shipped via: U.S. Priority Mail unless customer requests otherwise. If an item is delayed for more than 45 days of it's scheduled release or has been cancelled for release altogether you may get a full refund or store credit.

TOY RETURN POLICY

IF YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM YOU MAY RETURN IT FOR A COMPLETE REFUND OR STORE CREDIT.  IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE A COMPLETE REFUND OR STORE CREDIT, YOUR ITEM MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 20 DAYS TO MONSTERLAND TOYS. ALL REFUNDS ARE FOR THE AMOUNT OF THE ITEM ONLY, SHIPPING & HANDLING CANNOT BE REFUNDED, SORRY!

All DVD movies may be returned for the same movie NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS!
